Great pick-me up before the gym!!
Ingredients:
- 1 c chopped mango
- 1 ripe banana
- c 1% milk
- c non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 T shredded unsweetened coconut
- t cocoa powder or ground cinnamon (optional)
- c ice
Steps:
- In a blender, add all ingredients together for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
