Mango Banana Smoothie (Licuado)

Great pick-me up before the gym!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 c chopped mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • c 1% milk
  • c non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 T shredded unsweetened coconut
  • t cocoa powder or ground cinnamon (optional)
  • c ice

Steps:

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients together for 2 minutes.
  2. Serve immediately.
