- Chop or measure out melon chunks.
- Slice, seed, peel and chop the avocado.
- Set aside 1½ cups coconut water.
- Freshly squeeze 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
- Set aside a ½ cup of cold water.
- Add all ingredients and mint leaves to a blender and puree until smooth.
- Divide between three glasses and enjoy.
