Agua Fresca de Cucumber

This simple agua fresca is great after working in the hot sun.

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Divide between 3 glasses and serve immediately.
  3. Garnish with lime slices.
  4. Pair this drink with 2 small chicken taquitos!

  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 0.5 jalapeño, stemmed and seeded
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1.5 c water
  • 0.5 c ice
  • limes, for garnish
